In 2010 Alternative Energy Solutions, through a partnership with a Michigan based power company, was able to prove the viability of producing electrical power via bio-fuel powered generators. In just 9 short months this project produced nearly 130 Megawatt hours of renewable electrical power at a cost of less than $40,000, making it one of the most successful green energy projects to date in the United States.
AES produces a fuel called Organic Diesel. Organic Diesel, unlike more common BioDiesels, is a truly green fuel that produces no toxic waste, requires very little energy to produce, and requires no harmful chemicals in production. Also unlike BioDiesels, Organic Diesel can be used in ratios of close to 100% whereas a typical BioDiesel is usually only 5%-20% renewable with 80%-95% of the fuel being petroleum based.
As a restaurant or food service provider, you probably produce several gallons of waste vegetable oil every week. This waste oil is then collected by a rendering company to be sold on the commodities market for use in production of items such as animal feed, cleaning solutions, and skin care products. We’d like you to consider having your waste vegetable oil used in the production of green energy to be used in your own community.
